B |      　　2025年7月的一天，王女士结识了一名住在对面宾馆的徐姓女子。听闻王女士在经营民宿的时候，徐某随即表示要在王女士的民宿开一间办公房使用。谈好之后，徐某和另一名同样住在对面酒店的男子胡某，就开始在王女士的民宿办公。

C |      　　入住民宿后，王女士发现，徐某和胡某经常在附近比较高档的酒店请人吃饭，上门找他们办事的人也不少，似乎是做投资生意的。不久后的一天，徐某和胡某二人找到了王女士，表示有投资可以挣大钱，询问王女士是否一起参与。      　　被害人 王女士：我说你什么生意?他们说搞房地产，比如说工程款6个点给人家做，我们得4个点。就是投几千块钱做人情，其他没有什么。你不用管，到时候给你结账就是。我说到时候赔了怎么办?他说一定不会赔，我用我的人格担保。     　　一开始，王女士还有些犹豫。

D | 但是想到徐某和胡某平时的做派，王女士觉得，他们说的“项目”可能是真的，而且只是很小的投入就能入股“项目”，获取大额回报，一时心动，就先拿出了2000元钱给二人。

E |      　　被害人 王女士：我说到时候怎么跟你结账?他们说你还怕我们，我们都有组织的，都记了账的。     　　就这样从2025年8月到今年2月期间，徐某和胡某一边以“项目”需要进一步审批、拨款为由反复拖延给王女士“回报款”的时间，另一边又以洽谈需要送礼、搞人情为由头，多次向王女士索要钱款，并声称如果不再给钱做人情，以前的投资就打了水漂。

F |      　　被害人 王女士：他们说你不把那个人情做了，那以前的钱一点都没有了。我投30多万，他说给我1.2个亿。　　承诺离谱 用话术让老人不断投入      　　30多万元的投入真能分到1.2亿元吗?面对徐某和胡某二人愈加离谱的承诺，再加上之前的多次投入都没有得到实际回报，在家人的劝说下，王女士来到当地派出所报了案。

G |      　　江西省永修县公安局艾城派出所民警 蔡君宇：王女士跟我们讲完事情的经过以后，我们初步认为这是一起典型的投资陷阱诈骗，而且数额还比较大。      　　江西省永修县公安局刑事侦查大队副大队长 梁振东：犯罪嫌疑人一直编造各种理由拖延时间，就在我们给王女士制作报案笔录的时候，胡某还打电话给王女士，告诉她工程款马上下来了，让她安心，其实他就是为了稳住王女士，让她不要报警。     　　永修警方根据王女士提供的相关情况，很快就锁定了犯罪嫌疑人胡某和徐某的行踪，并将二人抓获。      　　江西省永修县公安局刑事侦查大队副大队长 梁振东：当时我们抓获犯罪嫌疑人的时候，他们基本上身无分文，他们还住在民宿里面，拖欠了多笔食宿费用，他们之前在艾城镇居住的时候，也是到处欠钱，应该说是惯犯了。     　　随着调查的深入，警方查明，犯罪嫌疑人徐某和胡某是亲戚关系，两人无固定收入来源，长期租住在宾馆，专门靠编造谎言和打造光鲜人设为诱饵针对老年人实施诈骗。      　　江西省永修县公安局刑事侦查大队副大队长 梁振东：有的老人没什么钱，他们就拎了一点土鸡蛋上门，表达自己想赚钱的想法。

H | 而徐某跟胡某自己又不做饭，他们就把这些土鸡蛋当作“人情”，送给了那些他们认为有经济条件、又容易轻信的老人。他们就是以此为铺垫，一步步实施后续的欺骗行为。      　　江西省永修县公安局刑事侦查大队 赵霆：在徐某和胡某到案以后，我们发现他们同时还对多名人员实施诈骗，且年纪都为60岁以上的老年人。

J |      　　目前，两名犯罪嫌疑人已被检察机关批准逮捕，相关挽损工作正在进行。      　　江西省永修县公安局局长 叶志纯：养老诈骗直接侵害群众切身利益，我们将严厉打击相关违法犯罪，千方百计守护好老百姓钱袋子。     　　当前，养老投资、冒充公检法等涉及老年人群体的诈骗案件仍然易发多发，不少老年人社交圈狭小，信息来源单一，容易受虚假信息误导，需要家庭、社区、职能部门等多方联动，共同构建反诈防线。      　　江西警察学院经济犯罪侦查系副教授 熊俊：我们在梳理和分析针对中老年人诈骗的案件时，发现受害的对象多为独居老人，他们因为长期缺乏亲人的陪伴和沟通，在碰到诈骗分子精心设置的情感攻势和利益诱惑时，往往缺乏分辨能力，部分老人即使心存疑虑，但是碍于面子也不会主动向子女或者是其他人透露、商量，特别容易成为诈骗分子的猎物。     　　对此，警方提示，老年人自身要提高警惕，不轻信“包治百病”的保健品或“稳赚不赔”的投资项目，不向陌生人透露身份证、银行卡、密码等信息，遇到要求“立即转账”“保密操作”的情况，可向公安机关核实。社区、相关部门等可通过组织反诈讲座，发放防骗手册，用真实案例帮助老年人提高警惕性。      　　江西警察学院经济犯罪侦查系副教授 熊俊：年轻人也要主动扛起，家庭反诈宣传员的责任，及时将最新的骗术手法告知长辈，提醒他们提高警惕、筑牢防线，共同守护好老年人的钱袋子。
